All transactions on the jjj888 Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP). jjj888 accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, BDO, BPI, Metrobank, and UnionBank, subject to the minimum and maximum limits published on the deposit page at the time of transaction.
Deposits must be made from a payment account registered in the Player's own name. Third-party deposits — where funds originate from an account held in a different name — are strictly prohibited and may result in Account suspension and return of the deposited amount.
jjj888 does not charge deposit fees, although your payment provider (e.g., your bank or GCash) may apply their standard transaction charges. All deposit amounts are credited to your Account Balance upon confirmed receipt of cleared funds.
Withdrawal requests may be submitted at any time via the Withdrawal section of your jjj888 Account, subject to KYC verification being completed. jjj888 aims to process withdrawal requests to GCash within 30 minutes for fully verified Accounts during normal operating conditions. Bank transfer withdrawals (BDO, BPI, Metrobank) are typically processed within one to three business days.
Withdrawals must be directed to a payment account registered in the Player's own name and matching the name on the Player's KYC documents. jjj888 reserves the right to apply additional verification checks to withdrawal requests that exceed standard processing thresholds or that present indicators of unusual activity.
Bonus Funds are not directly withdrawable. Only Real-Money funds remaining after applicable wagering requirements have been met in full are eligible for withdrawal.
jjj888 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible Players, including Welcome Bonuses, Reload Bonuses, Cashback offers, and Loyalty Rewards. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published in the applicable promotion, including wagering requirements, minimum deposit thresholds, eligible games, time limits, and maximum withdrawal caps on bonus winnings.
jjj888 reserves the right to amend, suspend, or discontinue any promotion at any time, and to withdraw bonus offers from Players where abuse or exploitation of promotions is suspected. Players may only hold one active Welcome Bonus per new Account. Re-registering an Account to claim multiple Welcome Bonuses is prohibited.

Where an Account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, jjj888 reserves the right to forfeit the Account Balance, including both Real-Money and Bonus Funds, subject to Philippine law and PAGCOR directives.

Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, including any dispute regarding the existence, validity, or termination of these Terms, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Philippines.
Disputes relating specifically to jjj888's compliance with its PAGCOR license may be escalated to PAGCOR through the established player complaint procedures published on PAGCOR's official channels. jjj888 will cooperate fully with any PAGCOR-directed dispute resolution process.
jjj888 reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Players via email or in-Platform notification no fewer than seven (7) days before the amended Terms take effect, except where an immediate amendment is required by PAGCOR directive or applicable law.
